Conscious Body Weight Loss Method

Conscious body Weight Loss is a holistic weight loss program designed by Karen Wolfe M.D.  According to Dr Wolfe in her book, Create the Body Your Soul Desires, the goal of the program is to help you become conscious in your body.

The program is organized into 5 areas:

D=Daily Living

I=Individualized Nutrition

E=Energize Yourself

T=Think Well

S=Seek Support

I would like to be part of that support to help you not only lose the desired weight in a healthy way but use the program to allow you to maintain the weight loss by incorporating new skills to create and live a balanced life.
