A Holistic Approach to Chakra Healing
This workshop will introduce the seven major energy centers of the body, called Chakras. Learn the function of each chakra as it relates to mind, body and spirit. Recognize how life experience and thought patterns can influence the function of the energy system. Practice techniques for clearing and balancing the chakras.
